Sharon is one of the first points of contact. Her experience and operational knowledge is second to none in the coaching market, and she can provide a consultancy role, going through ideas with operators before they start work on their brochures, and suggesting new ideas to complement their exciting programmes.

Paola has more than 20 years' experience in hotel contracting, working in several different countries before settling in Bath. She's fluent in four languages – essential when it comes to negotiating the best rates on your behalf. What's more, she has personal knowledge of nearly every hotel we use, because she just wouldn't feel comfortable sending passengers anywhere she couldn't personally recommend.

Jane is responsible for product development, tailor-making itineraries for special groups and brochure tours. She can write copy for you to use in your brochure and help with promotional literature, full written itineraries and anything else you might require – all written in your existing format.

Marianna is our travel administrator, we persuaded her to return from early retirement in the sunny Island of Corfu.   Originally from Bath she has a huge range of experience, from heading the Roman Baths and Pump Rooms administration team to working at Travelscope, where she learned the need for attention to detail and thoroughness in planning travel arrangements.  

A love of numbers led Louise into accounting. AAT qualified, she works hard to ensure we save money wherever we can, without cutting corners, and that our books always balance.
